Our goal is to provide quality service to all our customers in a timely manner. Last minute cancellations, or failure to notify us at all of your cancellation entirely, is an inconvenience not only to our staff, but our other customers as well. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. In order to be respectful of fellow customers, please call or text our office at 219-733-2743 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If for some reason we do not answer when you call, you must leave a voicemail with your name and property address, or send a text message or email with the same information. Failure to provide at least 8 hours notice may result in a fee. If you do not provide any notice at all and we arrive for your appointment you will be charged a $100 "no call/no cancellation fee."
Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another customer access to that appointment time. Thank you for your cooperation and respect, we appreciate it!
